Digital Weight Scale or Measuring Tape

A digital weight scale is necessary to provide your most up-to-date weight. In cases where a scale is unavailable, a measuring tape can be used to measure the circumference of your hips and waist. This information allows your provider to assess your progress and adjust your plan accordingly. Consistent, accurate measurements are crucial for tracking results and ensuring your weight loss program is on the right track.

Digital Blood Pressure Cuff

Monitoring your blood pressure is an important part of your health assessment, especially when considering medications like phentermine or semaglutide. A digital blood pressure cuff allows you to measure and report your blood pressure during the virtual consultation. This device ensures that your heart health is regularly monitored and that you remain a safe candidate for any prescribed treatments.

Video-Enabled Device

A smartphone, tablet, or computer with a working camera is essential for a face-to-face consultation. The video feature allows your provider to observe any visual indicators of your health, assess your well-being, and provide a more personalized experience. Make sure your device is fully charged or plugged in, and ensure you have a stable internet connection to avoid interruptions during your appointment.

Photo Identification

A valid photo ID (driver’s license, passport, or state-issued ID) is required to verify your identity before your virtual appointment begins. This step ensures compliance with legal requirements and confirms that the person attending the appointment is the registered patient. Ensure your ID is readily available at the start of the session.
