What types of weight loss plans do you offer?

We offer customized weight loss plans that include healthy eating, exercise, and medication such as Compounded Semaglutide, Tirzepatide, or Phentermine. Each plan is tailored to your health history and personal goals.

What are the requirements for a virtual appointment?

For a virtual appointment, you will need the following:

  • Digital weight scale or measuring tape (for hips/waist measurements)
  • Digital blood pressure cuff
  • Video-enabled device (laptop, tablet, or smartphone)
  • Photo ID for verification
Can I get a prescription for Phentermine?
To be eligible for Phentermine, patients must be between the ages of 18 and 60, have a BMI over 26, and meet certain health criteria. We will also check the Texas Prescription Monitoring Program (PMP) before prescribing. Learn More
How often will I need to visit the clinic if I am prescribed Semaglutide or Tirzepatide?

Patients prescribed Semaglutide or Tirzepatide typically have weekly injections. Our packages include office visits, lab work, and medication. You can choose from 1-month, 3-month, or 4-month packages.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, all major credit/debit cards, HSA (Health Savings Account), FSA (Flexible Spending Account), and AfterPay (pay in 4 interest-free installments). Please note that we do not accept any form of insurance.

What are the restrictions for using Semaglutide or Tirzepatide?

You may not be eligible for Semaglutide or Tirzepatide if you:

  • Are under 18 years old
  • Have a personal or family history of thyroid cancer
  • Have a BMI under 26
  • Are pregnant or breastfeeding
  • Have certain health conditions like gallbladder dysfunction or pancreatitis

You can schedule an appointment by clicking here, calling us at 903-253-9994, or visiting us at 625 Chase Drive, Tyler, Texas. We welcome walk-ins Tuesday through Friday from 10am to 6pm (5pm on Wednesdays), and appointments on Saturdays.
